Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

During seasonal releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Location

All orders ship from Dry Run, Pennsylvania.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is flat rate $9.95 for the majority of orders. The exception to this is if an item is large in size and will require a box to be oversized according to either USPS or UPS. If there is a small shipping upcharge it will be noted on the actual item. Flat rate $9.95 shipping is available to the continental US only. We DO ship international and to Alaska and Hawaii, but a separate invoice will be sent for actual international shipping. Please leave both your PO Box and your physical address on your order as we use both USPS and UPS.

We aim to ship all in stock orders out within 24 hours. During our peak season, times may vary slightly, but we will always do our best to get your order out asap. If any items are made to order items then we will wait to ship your order in full. If you want to have your order split into multiple shipments, then multiple shipping charges will apply.

Delays

While we strive to ship promptly, Hansel & Gretel Primitive Wares is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Handmades

Due to the wonderful nature of handmades, each one takes on its own personality as it is created by the artist. As such, there may be slight variations in each item unless they are listed as one of a kind. Those of us in the prim world do not consider this a flaw, but we value it for making each item unique and special. If you have any concerns about an item, please ask for pictures of the particular one that will be shipping to you if ordered and we will email or text you pictures of your perfect prim purchase. We know you will love each one just as much as we do!

Cancelled Orders

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been pulled from the sales floor and if it has been less than 24 hours from time of placement. If for any reason an order is cancelled by the customer after placing the order then a refund will be sent minus a 15% restocking fee as well as any credit card fees or paypal fees that were incurred. Please note that all funds must clear the bank before we are able to cancel and refund an order…sometimes this takes the bank on our end or customer end a few days depending on holidays, weekends, etc.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your item then you are more then welcome to return your item to us at Hansel and Gretel Antiques, Po Box 03 Dry Run, PA 17220 with a RMA number we will issue you once you email us at hanselandgretelantiques@gmail.com. The item must be postmarked within 3 days of its arrival to you and must be returned in the same condition it was sold in. We highly suggest insuring the package when return shipping as it is the returnees responsibility to ensure the item is received intact, Shipping charges to and from the shop are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be excluded from the refund if applicable. Once the item has arrived back to the shop in original condition then a refund (minus actual shipping and restocking fee if applicable) will be issued. If you purchase seasonal items then those seasonal items are all sales final unless damaged and insurance claim filed. Product Variations

Because many of our items are handmade or use natural materials:

Slight variations in color, texture, or size are expected

These variations are part of the character of primitive wares and are not considered defects
